We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Staff My Agency. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is around $38,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed;
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification;
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options;
- Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
