Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled RN Care Manager to join our team at Shriners Children's. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and advocating for the needs of our pediatric patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Coordinate resources and services to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Advocate for patients' health, safety, and rights.
- Work closely with community agencies, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- RN licensure in Washington state.
- At least 3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in pediatric care.
- Case Management Certification (CMC, ACM, or ANCC) is preferred, but not required.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- 3-5 years of experience in care coordination or case management.
- 5+ years of clinical experience in pediatrics, burn care, and/or orthopedics.
