Pioneer Trust Bank N.A. is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in supporting Loan Officers by performing various duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare loan files by following bank policies and regulatory compliance.
- Close all approved loan transactions by following appropriate procedures.
- Order appraisals, reviews, evaluations, and environmental reports as necessary.
- Mail out required disclosures to borrowers.
- Update progress in internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Communicate with title insurance companies.
- Ensure proper insurance maintenance and tracking.
- Understand and follow all loan compliance regulations.
- Prepare loan documents using LaserPro software.
- Collect necessary items to perfect liens.
- Create collateral files.
- Provide notary assistance.
- Take necessary actions to book and fund loan transactions.
- Complete post-booking review of loan transactions.
- Follow up on missing collateral file items.
- Perform additional loan database services.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a related field or in a position requiring complimentary skills.
- Training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in Commercial Banking.
- Oregon Notary license.
The Loan Processor will work in a fast-paced office environment with frequent computer use. The position requires sitting, standing, and walking, as well as lifting and moving up to 25 pounds.
