Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Coordinator to join our team at Detroit IT. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Evaluate and prioritize service requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with technicians to schedule on-site visits and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding ticket status, plan of action, and resolution.
  • Review and understand ticket requirements, capturing missing information and escalating major system issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
