Administrative Supervisor Role for a Mental Health Clinic

About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team in Covina, CA. This role is responsible for coordinating clerical support to the Program Director and program operations, ensuring an efficient and timely flow of all support materials and clerical tasks assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise front office staff and coordinate work processes with revenue staff to ensure progress notes, client MediCal eligibility printouts, and other necessary documents are filed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate clerical support and work assignments among the office support staff.
- Responsible for the operations and telephone messages at the reception desk.
- Maintain access and storage of current and closed charts and act as Medical Records Custodian.
- College degree or previous experience in data entry, revenue, insurance billing in a community mental health field.
- Two years of work experience in areas of staff supervision, recruitment, and evaluation preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact at all levels of staff and management.
The initial compensation for this position ranges from $21.44 - $26.37 per hour, dependent on commensurate experience above the minimum qualifications for the role and internal equity considerations.
