At Spring Health, we're revolutionizing the mental healthcare landscape by eliminating barriers and delivering precision care. We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Caregiver Experience team and build innovative solutions that enhance care delivery, reduce administrative burdens, and drive clinical improvements.

**About the Role**

We're looking for a highly skilled designer with a passion for creating consumer-grade healthcare experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and clinical experts to identify and ship meaningful and measurable impacts on Spring's provider experience in alignment with our product strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that address critical problems in mental healthcare.
  • Hone in on key areas of improvement and develop high-quality designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Map and optimize end-to-end user journeys to empower providers and deliver exceptional care.
  • Communicate design decisions and progress effectively across the organization through high-quality documentation and guidance.

**What Success Looks Like**

In this role, your success will be measured by your ability to increase provider reach to clients, increase provider network utilization, increase provider NPS, increase provider satisfaction, and increase the caregiver experience's system usability score (SUS).

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
  • Demonstrated portfolio work that showcases your ability to transform product objectives into impactful solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for articulating and advocating for design decisions across the team and to leadership.
  • Expertise in service design, visual design, animation, and micro-interactions, with a genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products.

**Salary**

The target base salary range for this position is $172,400 - $215,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits.
