The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.

The Technology Project Leader will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional project teams through the Stage Gate project management system
  • Project planning, execution, and team management
  • Communication with stakeholders and team members
  • Managing project risks and issues
  • Ensuring timely and successful project delivery

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a Product Development environment. They will also have a strong understanding of project management practices, principles, and tools, as well as experience with statistical software such as Minitab.

This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $124,000 to $171,870. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
