Warehouse Operations Specialist

At Ethnix Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods through our distribution center.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, with experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements. A good understanding of logistics principles, including inventory management and transportation coordination, is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Our Distribution Center Team Lead plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and safely. This includes supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. With a strong focus on teamwork and communication, this individual will lead by example, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment that promotes growth and development within the team.
We are offering a competitive salary of $43,400 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek at $18.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including dental insurance, employee discount, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
