Position Summary:
As coworking continues to redefine office environments, we are in search of a motivated Financial Systems Administrator to become part of our expanding fintech platforms team. This position offers a balanced mix of support, implementation, and systems management. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with our Finance Team to facilitate closing processes, budgeting, reporting duties, payables, system integrations, and special initiatives. We are looking for someone eager to enhance their knowledge of SAAS products, develop customizations, and fortify the IT controls framework. This role provides extensive cross-departmental exposure, crucial for assisting Industrious in evolving into an international brand that revolutionizes work practices. The influence of this position significantly impacts the experiences of thousands of members and vendors daily. Our ideal candidate is proactive in seeking efficiencies, educating users, and crafting scalable solutions to adapt to a dynamic business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administration of finance-related software applications.
  • Develop and sustain customizations in NetSuite (workflows, forms, suitescripts).
  • Manage user access for relevant systems, including onboarding, permissions, and deactivation.
  • Provide on-demand support to the Finance team during month-end closing, including troubleshooting and custom reporting.
  • Serve as the primary client-side representative for Industrious during system implementations.
  • Take ownership of and manage all personal initiatives.
  • Support compliance with the company's SOX policies and procedures, including logging and maintaining support tickets.
  • Act as the central point of contact for managing and sharing knowledge on the systems you oversee (e.g., responding to user inquiries, maintaining FAQs, conducting training).
  • Scope, develop, and test customizations as necessary.
  • Propose innovative methods for automating tasks and enhancing product features. Identify opportunities to leverage resources for greater efficiency.
  • Analyze patterns and trends in user support requests to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Additional responsibilities may include ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems implementation, customizations, and administration with software such as NetSuite, OneStream, Zuora, Concur, Coupa, PBCS, Workiva, ZenDesk, and Workato.
  • 1-2 years of experience with SuiteScripts 2.0 is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with management, vendors, colleagues, and members.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Proven capability to work with and manage consultants.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000. The actual base salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on various factors, including work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.

Additionally, you will be eligible for up to 10% in performance-related bonus compensation.
