Job Title: Submittal Specialist

At Etna Supply, we are seeking a highly skilled Submittal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our commercial plumbing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed shop drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.
  • Collaborate with the Quoting and Sales Departments to provide support on projects and ensure timely delivery of submittals.
  • Review project documents and scope of work to ensure accurate and complete submittals.
  • Prepare and submit submittal documents, including specifications and drawings, to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain organized digital files and ensure accurate tracking of project activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with commercial plumbing projects, PVF Mechanical, Underground, Heating, and HVAC knowledge through manufacturer trainings, web trainings, and experience.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure positive customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed customer deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in all work products.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; or six months to a year of related experience and training; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
