Job Responsibilities:

As an Architectural Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting the project team to ensure the successful execution of design initiatives and the preparation of construction documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in documentation and clarification processes.
  • Participating in submittal reviews and conducting site observations during the bidding and construction phases.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • A strong desire to pursue licensure in the field.
  • Knowledge and experience in all design phases, from schematic design to construction administration and close-out.
  • Familiarity with construction codes and compliance requirements.
  • Basic experience in coordinating efforts with engineering disciplines; extensive experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to travel as needed.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently in a hybrid remote work setting.
