Role Overview:
The Senior Risk Review Analyst will play a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive risk assessments across various business sectors within the organization. This position is integral to the execution of our risk management strategy and will involve collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure thorough review processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments across critical business units.
- Develop and refine documentation for risk review processes.
- Collaborate with process owners to evaluate risk management controls.
- Analyze credit risk ratings and reserve adequacy independently.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management.
- Challenge existing risk management practices and propose enhancements.
- Manage follow-up actions on corrective measures.
- Assist in the formulation and updates of risk review policies.

- Analyze complex issues with precision and attention to detail.
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and recommend compliance strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution focusing on credit reviews and risk management.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing banking operations.
- Proven background in finance and accounting practices.
- Experience in project management is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of commercial and consumer lending practices.
- Experience in healthcare finance or internal audit processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to influence and build consensus.
