Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Expeditor - Delivery Specialist to join our team at The ONE Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of all to-go and delivery orders from various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately take incoming to-go orders via phone or walk-in and receive payment.
  • Monitor tablets for all incoming orders and input them into our system to ensure timely preparation.
  • Develop complete menu knowledge and ensure 100% accuracy in all assigned modules.
  • Maintain a fully stocked to-go station with utensils, sauce packets, chopsticks, bags, and marketing materials.
  • Communicate with management regarding low supplies and follow all protocols in the to-go and delivery SOP.
  • Audit delivery service platforms for accurate menus, delivery times, and relevant information daily.
  • Develop new business by executing outreach and marketing efforts within a 5-mile radius of the restaurant.
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction on all take-out, curbside, and delivery orders by scoring 90% or higher on all secret shoppers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant operations.
  • Enthusiastic, organized, and responsible individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant demeanor and phone voice presence to call perspective clients.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in the face of adversity.
  • Must be very well organized and able to present a positive public image.
