Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a dedicated Part-time Driver to support our Coatesville location. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure safe and timely transportation for our residents. This includes driving facility vehicles to various destinations such as local dining establishments, shopping venues, medical offices, and participating in scheduled activities and events.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with residents to build rapport and enhance their experience.
- Participate in mandatory training and meetings to stay informed and compliant.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate transportation needs.
- Safely transport residents to and from designated locations.
- Keep the vehicle's interior and exterior clean and well-maintained.
- Ensure regular maintenance of the company vehicle to uphold safety standards.
- Adhere to all local and state driving regulations, including the use of seat belts.
- Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle.
- Prepare adequately for all trips and outings with residents.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor that reflects the core values of our organization.
- Maintain good conduct to uphold the reputation of our community.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any resident concerns or operational matters.
- Devote full attention and effort to your responsibilities while on duty.
- Report any driving incidents or violations to your supervisor immediately.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License as mandated by state regulations.
- Clean driving record that meets the standards set by the company's insurance provider.
