  • Efficiently operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including dishwashing machines and hand wash stations.
  • Thoroughly wash and sanitize kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Receive and properly store deliveries, ensuring stock rotation.
  • Organize and store clean wares in designated areas.
  • Utilize cleaning agents effectively in the three-compartment sink for dishwashing.
  • Inspect and organize cleaned items, returning soiled items for re-cleaning as necessary.
  • Sort and wash silverware with care.
  • Manage dirty bus tubs and maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas.
  • Regularly empty trash receptacles and maintain the dumpster area.
  • Ensure proper disposal of glass and recycling materials.
  • Protect kitchen equipment and utensils from loss or damage.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues.
  • Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables when required.
  • Support servers in managing room service trays as needed.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience with established hospitality brands is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work indoors in a controlled environment, with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Must be able to stand and move efficiently for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to maneuver in limited spaces and perform various physical tasks.
  • Requires manual dexterity for operating kitchen equipment and performing cleaning duties.
