Job Title: Team Barista and Baker

At Happy Sparrow Cafe by Blitz Cafes, we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Barista and Baker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as baked goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a range of specialty drinks, including coffees, teas, and other beverages, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Create a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Process customer orders and payments efficiently using our point of sale system.
  • Prepare and present a variety of baked goods, including kolaches, pastries, and other treats, in accordance with our quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management, monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years old or over.
  • Previous experience as a barista or baker is preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for people, coffee, baking, and creating delightful moments for others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
