Key Responsibilities:- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Process all garnishments and withholding required by law.
- Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
