  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement - Source and maintain all office-related supplies, including furniture, letterhead, and other materials as needed.
  • Event Planning - Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and attendee satisfaction.
  • Team Management - Supervise, monitor, and delegate work to administrative staff as needed, creating a system for efficient file management and record-keeping.
  • Financial Management - Develop and maintain the office budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • Travel Coordination - Arrange and book travel and accommodations for employees, ensuring timely and cost-effective arrangements.
  • Communication - Respond to correspondence, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
  • Three years of previous office management experience is essential.
  • Superb communication and organizational skills are mandatory.
