Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner, screen and require visitors to sign-in at the reception desk, and answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Entry Security: Monitor entry security and ensure that all visitors are properly screened and signed-in.
- Resident Support: Assist residents with general needs, maintain and update emergency contact information, and provide support as needed.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. A high school diploma or GED is required, and one to three months' related experience in senior living communities or receptionist experience is a plus.
