We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing Center. As a member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care
- Document patient care and progress, communicating effectively with RNs and physicians
- Collaborate with other nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure resident well-being
- Teach patients and families about health information and provide education on disease management
- Perform administrative duties, including charting and reporting
- Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in skilled nursing care, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
