At East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities:- Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and medication administration
- Document patient care, including nursing interventions, patient responses, and progress toward goals
- Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Collaborate with other nurses and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform administrative duties, such as charting, reporting, and completing medical forms
- Participate in emergency situations, using established procedures and protocols to ensure prompt and effective response
