Job Title: Licensed Electrician

Job Summary:

The Licensed Electrician will be responsible for providing a range of electrical services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems, using test equipment and hand tools
  • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components
  • Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify hazards and defects
  • Advise management on electrical system safety and compliance
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits to ensure compatibility and safety
  • Maintain current electrician's license and identification card
  • Plan and install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes
  • Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical systems and equipment
  • Prepare sketches and follow blueprints to determine wiring and equipment locations
  • Price jobs and calculate time to perform work
  • Complete necessary paperwork for work performed
  • Collect payment from customers
Requirements:
  • Must hold Electrical Master or Journeyman license
  • Completed High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving history
