Role Description

About the Property Leasing Consultant Position:

As a Property Leasing Consultant within our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing property upkeep, marketing available units, and evaluating prospective tenants. Building positive relationships with tenants, fostering a welcoming environment, and maintaining the company's reputation are key responsibilities. You will also manage new tenant orientations, assist with administrative tasks, and provide support to the office operations.

  • Showcasing properties and amenities to potential tenants
  • Handling incoming inquiries
  • Processing rental applications efficiently
  • Promoting available properties through various platforms
  • Ensuring tenant satisfaction
  • Assisting the Property Manager/Assistant Manager
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Entering data into the property management system

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Yardi and Microsoft Office applications (preferred)
  • Previous experience in leasing within tax credit communities (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous
