Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the property is maintained effectively, marketing the property, and screening prospective tenants. This role requires maintaining favorable relations with tenants, contributing to a positive atmosphere in the office, and portraying a positive image of the company in all activities. The Leasing Consultant will oversee and coordinate the orientation of new tenants and assist with performing office management and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting properties and provided amenities to prospective tenants
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries
- Processing applications and advertising available properties
- Resident retention and customer service
- Assisting the Property Manager/Assistant Manager
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Previous leasing experience with tax credit communities (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- High school or equivalent (required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
