Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with commercial teams and insurance brokers to meet customer requirements and issue certificates.
  • Maintain close relationships with insurance brokers to ensure Kemira's requirements are met.
  • Monitor claims and support related areas.
  • Collect and supply updated risk values for annual policy renewals.
  • Coordinate policy premium payments.
  • Support the risk manager in analyzing insurance sections of contracts, validating coverage limits, and other insurance matters.
  • Assist credit management of blocked orders based on the Credit Policy.
  • Support the credit team in preparing analysis according to standards and policies for credit line concessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Effective verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and address issues proactively.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with commercial insurance policies and brokers.
  • ERP SAP platform experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read financial reports (Balance, P&L, Cash Flow, etc) is a plus.
  • Intermediate French is appreciated.
