Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving member issues, and promoting Sam's Club products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, reviewing member receipts, and acknowledging members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that members are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Promote Sam's Club products and services to members, providing guidance and support on self-service technology and other sales floor initiatives.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork, logs, and other required documentation, and executing emergency response procedures.
  • Assist with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures, teaching new technology and tool functionality, delivering new program rollout training, and providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service in a team-based setting.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology and tools.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
