Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts and ensure that all team members are working together to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving shipments
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including sales data and employee hours
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
