Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Sevita. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment to patients with injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Ensure adherence to accreditation standards, licensure requirements, and professional codes of ethics.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Licensure: State licensure in physical therapy
  • Physical Demands: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
