Job Summary

As a Network Operations Center (NOC) technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and support network systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first responder in the NOC, diagnosing and resolving network issues.
  • Monitor network performance and address alerts or faults.
  • Document activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Provide technical support for a range of network services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve network-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with NOC operations and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work varied shifts, including weekends.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Understanding of network protocols, equipment, and services.
