Job Summary

The Network Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of Consignment Inspection services. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Consignment Inspections, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service delivery metrics.
  • Manage inspection requests, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between requesting parties, site contacts, and inspectors to schedule inspections.
  • Identify and onboard inspectors as needed, ensuring a robust network of service providers.
  • Monitor and track service completion, ensuring required documentation and specifications are met within expected SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate billing and supporting documentation, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform geographic market analysis to determine areas requiring vendor recruitment, driving business growth.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and service providers, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
