The ideal candidate will expertly manage the transition process for new residents, ensuring every detail is addressed to create a welcoming environment. A seamless move-in experience is essential for our residents to feel comfortable and ready to thrive in their new home.

This role involves collaboration with prospective residents and their families, moving services, maintenance teams, housekeeping, and interior design professionals. You will serve as the primary contact throughout the entire moving process, working closely with the sales team and management.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a move-in coordination role
  • Sales experience is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online systems
