About the RoleThis position is a critical one, as you'll be responsible for providing specialized care in emergency settings. As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you'll be part of a dynamic team that works together to ensure efficient delivery of emergency care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and adaptability skills, with at least two years of recent ER RN experience. You'll also need to be licensed as a Registered Nurse and hold a current BLS certification.
Job Details- Estimated Salary: $1,920.76 per week
- Location: Largo, Maryland
- Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM, 3 days per week
- Duration: 92 days
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families. You'll provide rapid assessment and treatment to patients with emergent medical conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients and ensure optimal outcomes.

- Monitor patient vital signs, response to treatment, and changes in condition, adjusting care plans as necessary to address emergent needs.
- Advocate for patients' needs and coordinate care transitions, including admissions to inpatient units or referrals to specialty services.
- Educate patients and their families on post-emergency care instructions, follow-up appointments, and community resources for ongoing support.
