Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN will collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. The RN will also provide education and support to residents and their families, promoting health and wellness in a compassionate and respectful environment.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
