Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our care team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. As an RN, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare team members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
