About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lourdes Health. As a Registered Nurse on our 3 North-Surgical & Pediatrics floor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served.
  • Ensure that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care.
  • Demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the assigned unit and the organization.
  • Remain flexible to changing systems and demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices.
  • Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.
Requirements
  • Current WA RN Licensure.
  • Current AHA HCP card, PALS, and NRP required. ACLS recommended.
  • Preferred: Med/Surg & Pediatric experience.
