Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the State of Washington. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Current and unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
  • One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an acute care setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and patients.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
