Job OpportunityPosition Overview:

The Premiere Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general accounting support to multiple related companies, focusing on timely and accurate financial statement compilations.
  • Assist in the development of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
  • Reconcile various P&L and Balance Sheet accounts, from revenue and expense items, to bank accounts and debt agreements.
  • Maintain accuracy between multiple ERPs and Operating Modules on a monthly basis, ensuring consistent financial reporting across all entities.
  • Perform tasks related to Fixed Asset accounting for all entities, including the analysis of Construction in Progress (CIP), Repairs and Maintenance accounts, and maintaining listings of Personal Property assessments.
  • Report monthly on Key Performance Indicators as well as GAAP financials, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Meet deadlines in month-end close procedures and support annual financial statement reviews/audits.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting experience preferred.
  • Certifications: CPA designation is preferred.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Skills: Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines; analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
