Position Overview:GoodLeap is in search of skilled Loan Officers to originate residential loans through our in-house mortgage banking operations. We are committed to hiring loan officers who aspire to provide an exceptional experience for our clients.

- Direct Mortgage Banking capabilities for underwriting and funding

- 2-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced sales environment; inside sales experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively within set deadlines
- High integrity and trustworthiness; a collaborative team player
- Must possess, or be able to obtain upon hire, a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in accordance with the SAFE Act; may be required to obtain licenses in multiple states
$16/hour plus commission
