Insurance Career Development Specialist

Job Description
This role involves conducting business-to-business meetings with potential clients, educating them on the benefits of our supplemental insurance offerings. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to provide exceptional service and address their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Meet with new and potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.
- Build relationships with customers to provide ongoing support and education.
- Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly sales goals.
Requirements
- Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of professional work experience.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $75,000-$90,000 per year.
- Comprehensive health benefits, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, available after 60 days.
- Access to quarterly and annual incentives such as trips, cash bonuses, and stock options.
