  • Communication: Communicate effectively with club managers, staff, and senior management, providing regular updates and feedback.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of management experience in the fitness industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and engage staff, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Training Manager certification via Planet Fitness University.
