We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Chick-fil-A team as a Director of Quality. This full-time position will require a 12 PM to close work schedule, Monday through Saturday. If you are available to work these hours, we encourage you to apply.

As a Director of Quality, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of food safety and risk avoidance throughout the restaurant. This includes ensuring all TCS foods are properly labeled at all times, implementing the LEAN system, and developing and executing a Master Cleaning Schedule. You will also serve as the point of contact for Health Inspections, QIV, and SAFE visits, and communicate goals and results to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate team members, and a strong attention to detail. You will also have the ability to work effectively in a leadership team environment and train and develop team members to meet the standards of Chick-fil-A.

Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and a current driver's license
  • ServSafe certified
