Seeking a talented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with incoming sales calls, managing room blocks, and completing various administrative tasks related to group and event execution.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can effectively communicate with internal partners and external clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming sales calls and respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the management of room blocks, select reporting, and client notification of key dates
  • Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities related to group and event execution
  • Track, detail, and communicate with internal partners and external clients about event particulars
  • Gain knowledge of hotel food and beverage products, pricing, presentation, and function space details
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
  • Familiarity with digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes
Benefits:
