Role Description:
Become a vital part of our Employment Transition Program, where you will assist adults with disabilities in acquiring job skills that enable their transition into competitive employment. This is a full-time, year-round role.

Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will guide adults with disabilities on their path to securing competitive employment. Identify each participant's unique strengths, interests, and aspirations, helping them to define and achieve their employment goals.

  • Provide essential supervision, guidance, and training to participants, including personal support and behavioral strategies
  • Implement directives as outlined by the Supervisor
  • Collaborate with local businesses to discover training and job placement opportunities
  • Offer coaching and support to participants in workplace environments
  • Transport participants to and from work, community locations, or home using company vehicles
  • Employ structured techniques to assist participants in meeting job responsibilities as required by employers

Educational Background & Experience:

*A High School Diploma is required

  • A College Degree is preferred
  • Prior vocational experience ranging from six months to two years is beneficial

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, totaling 35-40 hours per week.
