About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Kidney Care. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and certification in nephrology nursing (CNN or CDN) preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
