We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator. This role will involve coordinating patient care and services, ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, including trend lab values, vital signs, and outcome management.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being by delivering high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve quality improvement initiatives and clinical goals.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
- A competitive salary of $60.00 per hour.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- A 401(k) match and paid time off.
