Role Summary:

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to offer guidance and support to our operational divisions concerning compliance matters related to loan origination. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and demonstrate a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations and legal requirements.
  • Ensure that internal processes adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the adaptation and execution of regulatory updates.
  • Assist operational teams with compliance-related inquiries pertaining to loan origination.
  • Participate in compliance risk evaluations and audits.
  • Evaluate new lending products and services for compliance.
  • Authorize promotional materials related to loans.
  • Analyze customer feedback for emerging patterns.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a minimum of three years of experience in compliance or risk management within a financial services environment.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of lending compliance requirements.
  • Capability to achieve CRCM certification.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience in evaluating and monitoring compliance with regulatory standards.
