Care Support Specialist Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively recruiting a Care Support Specialist for a client in Los Angeles, CA on a contract-to-hire basis. This position will be on-site in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Compensation and Schedule

$21-23/hour
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to create, monitor, and assist in the implementation of individualized care plans that align with clients' short- and long-term goals.
  • Offer intentional case management to support clients in transitioning from high-intensity service levels to a more independent, recovery-focused level.
  • Safely and courteously transport passengers and their personal possessions to their destination.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a high level of tolerance and understanding for individuals with urgent and multiple case management and health needs.
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exhibit mature judgment, motivation, self-starting initiative, and proactivity.
  • Excel in communication, whether in writing or verbally.
  • Possess a strong sense of prioritization and can manage multiple demands in a high-pressure environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in homeless services, case management, mental health, and/or permanent supportive housing.
