Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Assistant to join our team at Reliable Home Health. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents in their own homes
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and recreational activities
- Work effectively and efficiently as part of a team, under supervision, and independently
- Develop strong relationships with residents and their families
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment and promoting a culture of respect, compassion, and teamwork
Requirements:
- Demonstrated willingness and passion for engaging with residents, particularly those with severe disabilities, and be sensitive to their emotional, physical, spiritual, intellectual, and social needs
- Able to relate well to residents and staff with a compassionate, caring, respectful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Strong interpersonal and judgment skills, with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy, with excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and reading
- Able to perform core physical duties involving lifting, bending, and stretching
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position requiring flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and call-in shifts. Proof of vaccination is required for this position.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
