Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Sturdy Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of radiologic procedures using standard, portable, and/or specialized x-ray equipment to apply prescribed ionizing radiation.
  • Work under the supervision of a licensed radiologist and follow established procedures to ensure accurate and safe imaging.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology with an associate degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT Registration and Massachusetts licensure required.
  • CPR certification and ability to work extra hours, including rotations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members of all ages.
