The Role:
As a Mechanic Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining and repairing equipment in our shop, with a focus on rotating machinery such as motors, pumps, and compressors.
• Performing regular preventive maintenance on our equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
• Developing and implementing efficient processes and routines to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional quality service and meet our customers' expectations.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and time required, ensuring seamless communication and transparency throughout the organization.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 1-3 years of experience as a mechanic or technician, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and other related equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with customers.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles and practices.
